Toronto, August 23, 2022 – Today marks an important event in the history of Tier1CRM, the company that Phil Dias and I co-founded. We are immensely proud that SS&C Technologies has acquired the Capital Markets CRM business that we started 15 years ago. It is an incredible honor to have worked with so many exceptional, talented and dedicated staff and partners to build our firm into a global leader in our space.
We could not have done that without the support of our amazing clients, who shared their ideas and put their trust in us. We think of Tier1 as “our baby” and we know it is in good hands under the direction of Douglas Christensen within the SS&C family, a highly respected global leader.
