Silver Peak Associates, founded by seasoned tech leaders Mark Notten and Phil Dias, specializes in delivering innovative RevOps Technology Services to financial services firms and fintechs. Mark Notten

Mark Notten is a proven tech founder whose vision led to the creation of multiple successful product companies. With his drive to create innovative transformational products powered by next generation technologies, Mark is known for his passion for elegant UX design and his philosophy that Business is Personal. Through this journey Mark has developed a large network of personal relationships with industry leaders which gives him key insights and provides the opportunity to benefit from their feedback and ideas.

Mark is on the Board of Directors of Alessa which provides AML compliance and fraud prevention solutions. Mark was the co-founder and CEO of Tier1 Financial Solutions, which was acquired by SS&C in August 2022. Mark also co-founded and was CEO of Halcyon Monitoring Solutions and was part of the original executive team that created Systemware Innovation Corporation. At Silver Peak, Mark leverages his experience in strategy, leadership, sales & marketing and governance best practices to help its clients.

Phil Dias

Phil Dias is an experienced leader that has played pivotal roles in the genesis of a number of technology startups. Phil is passionate about operational excellence and doing things the right way to build companies that scale. He has laid the foundation consisting of a governance framework encompassing financials, sales, partnerships, legal and HR at several companies and been responsible for driving the companies to achieve their corporate targets.

Phil is a former CEO of Systemware Innovation Corporation and has more than 20 years of deep management, sales and operational experience in the financial sector. Phil co-founded Tier1 Financial Solutions with Mark Notten in 2008. As COO he was an integral part of the key milestones of Tier1’s growth including the strategic partnership with Salesforce and the investment from Wavecrest Growth Partners, Salesforce Ventures and MassMutual Ventures.
